Did you know Google highly values Contextual Links? For those of you who don’t know Google loves links within content of articles and blog posts etc. I am not talking about author links or links in sidebars, I am talking a backlink from within the actual content.

Whenever you’re at a conference and you speak to a Google Engineer about link building, they will almost always default back to “create exceptional content that is linkworthy” or some similar concept. Being sandboxed is an internet marketers worst nightmare. I am not perfect and I will be the first to admit it, everyone goes through ups and downs and one major flaw was that I recently got sandboxed on one of my sites. Now for those who are not familiar with what sandboxed is, in short it is an algorithm Search Engines use and particularly Google does very well on and picks up any unnatural signs of building links too quickly.
